      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and wellness initiatives
      - Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with regulations
      - Serve as a project manager for cross-departmental teams on health insurance projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met
      - Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies and manage audits related to benefits programs
      - Develop and deliver communication and education programs to enhance employee understanding of benefits options

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
      - 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration and employee relations
      - Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and compliance requirements
      - Excellent understanding of benefits plan design and vendor negotiations
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in a related field of study
      - Experience with benefits data analysis and cost optimization strategies
      - Familiarity with ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA regulations
      - Proven track record of successful vendor management and contract negotiations
