What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide data analysis support by developing reports and dashboards to monitor performance
- Promote self-service analytics for enhanced customer understanding and data usage
- Support the design of programmatic analyses and business requirement definitions
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses as directed to address specific needs
- Maintain data quality and stewardship functions to ensure accuracy and identify new metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics
- Experience in cost utilization, cost of care trends, and medical expense trending
- Advanced coding skills in SQL
- Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a healthcare-related data analytics environment
- Familiarity with additional data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively
- Experience with data quality and governance best practices
