What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide data analysis support by developing reports and dashboards to monitor program and operational performance
- Promote self-service analytics for customer adoption and understanding of data
- Support the design of programmatic analyses and reporting capabilities
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as directed and maintain data quality and accuracy
- Offer data-driven conclusions and recommendations as a subject matter expert
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics (Required)
- Experience in cost utilization, cost of care trends, and medical expense trending
- Advanced knowledge of SQL coding
- Experience working with Power BI and Tableau
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience in healthcare data analytics or related fields
- Familiarity with data stewardship functions and metrics identification
- Skills in promoting data-driven decision-making within teams
