What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide data analysis support by developing reports and dashboards to monitor program and operational performance
- Promote self-service analytics to enhance customer adoption and understanding of data
- Support the design of programmatic analyses and reporting capabilities
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as directed while maintaining data quality and accuracy
- Offer data-driven conclusions and recommendations to business partners as a subject matter expert
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics
- Experience in cost utilization, cost of care trends, and medical expense trending
- Advanced coding skills in SQL
- Proficiency with Power BI and Tableau
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with healthcare-related data analysis
- Familiarity with data stewardship functions and metrics identification
- Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively
