What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide data analysis support through the development of reports and dashboards to monitor program and operational performance
- Promote self-service analytics for customer adoption and understanding of data
- Support the design of programmatic analyses and reporting capabilities
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as directed to meet business requirements
- Ensure data quality and stewardship functions to maintain data accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience working in data analytics
- Experience in cost utilization, cost of care trends, and medical expense trending
- Advanced coding skills in SQL
- Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with healthcare data analytics
- Familiarity with data quality and data stewardship processes
- Knowledge of industry trends in healthcare analytics
- Strong communication skills for presenting data-driven conclusions
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
