      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Construct healthcare claims-based datasets using SQL to analyze business opportunities and key trends
      - Participate in analytical and investigative work to support payment integrity initiatives
      - Anticipate and address questions from key stakeholders using critical thinking skills
      - Identify and help improve gaps in current processes, tools, and standards
      - Review data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, resolving any questionable values

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on examining and summarizing data
      - SQL programming experience
      - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
      - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Effective written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree in computer science, actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related field
      - Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
      - Previous healthcare claims analytics experience
