      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive support to the Justice Business Unit by managing Help Desk calls and resolving customer service tickets
      - Conduct thorough application-level troubleshooting and configuration adjustments
      - Monitor assignment group queues and prioritize tickets for timely resolution
      - Collaborate with multiple teams to facilitate case resolution and enhance customer support
      - Actively contribute to the Knowledge Base to improve self-service capabilities for clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1-5 years in Technical Help Desk management
      - Required experience with Court Case Management and Jury Software
      - Exceptional communication skills for professional interactions with end-users
      - Proficiency in using CRM and ticketing systems; experience with ServiceNow is a plus
      - Ability to read and diagnose application logs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
      - Quick learner of software applications to assist others effectively
      - Understanding of security basics and best practices
      - Diligence in documenting activities and updating case records
