What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders to define position specifications
- Source candidates through various channels, including social media and deep web techniques
- Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application and interview status
- Conduct professional phone interviews with industry-specific questions
- Continuously build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure multiple candidates are engaged
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field required
- Minimum of five years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting
- Proven ability to showcase expertise in niche segments or industries
- Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques
- Adherence to documentation and compliance processes
