Credentials (Helpful but Not Required to Apply)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of caregiving
• Certifications: CPR & First Aid
• Fingerprint Clearance: Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Card
• Health Screening: Recent Negative TB Test

About Us

Right at Home is looking for dedicated caregivers to make a difference for seniors in the Queen Creek area. As a caregiver, you'll provide essential support to seniors, helping them maintain independence in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Homemaking and light housekeeping
• Meal preparation and planning
• Laundry assistance
• Transportation to appointments
• Following individualized care plans
• Compassionate, supportive communication
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Accurate documentation

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Compassionate care and empathy for seniors
• Professional and dependable with strong communication skills
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (not required to apply)
• Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Card and Negative TB Test (not required to apply)
• English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus
