      Job title: Senior HR Advisor

      Location: Rochester, Kent

      Salary: Circa £41,000 dependant on experience

      What you’ll be doing:

      General advisory guidance and support to functional line managers on Company processes and procedures

      Diversity, Equity and Inclusion lead

      Support Reward lead in local and Corporate Reward initiatives

      Employee Relations cases: Investigations, Disciplinary, Grievance, Absence, Ill Health Capability, Performance Management

      New employee inductions

      Interim (new starter) & Exit Interviews

      Other adhoc duties and project work required to support the business and HR team

      Adhere to the Company’s health and safety policy

      Your skills and experiences:

      Previous HR advisor level experience

      Experience dealing with employee relations

      Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships across all levels within the business

      Excellent IT, communication, problem solving, organisation and prioritisation skills

      The HR team:

      As Senior HR Advisor you will provide efficient and effective HR advice and support to employees, Line Managers and business leaders to Electronic Systems, UK. Responsibilities also include acting as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Support reward Lead.

      This role will provide you with the opportunity to expand your knowledge and work with leading stakeholders within BAE.
