      Hope House Children’s Hospices have an opportunity for a Senior HR Assistant to join our team based in Oswestry. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis. In return, our Senior HR Assistant will receive a competitive salary of £2 2,559 - £ 28,973 per annum.

      Main duties of the job

      We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Assistant to join a fast paced, forward-thinking HR Team, who have a real focus on providing excellence from recruitment and right through their employment journey.

      Your role as Senior HR Assistant will involve working collaboratively as part of the HR Team to provide a proactive and reactive, customer focused and efficient HR administration service to our staff.

      In your role as Senior HR Assistant, you will focus on the day-to-day delivery of HR administration activities, gathering information to produce high quality statistics and reports and you will thrive on efficiently coordinating all recruitment and on-boarding of new staff.

      We’re looking for a confident and personable Senior HR Assistant who will be the first point of contact via the telephone, email and in person, you will ask questions to understand problems or issues and offer support to staff in line with our HR policy and procedures.

      Friendly and calm, you will demonstrate adaptability in your approach to work and be open to new information and changing circumstances. There will be occasional travel within Shropshire, Cheshire, and North Wales to fulfil your duties.
