What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer and manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
- Coordinate annual benefits open enrollment process, providing support and communication to employees
- Manage employee leave and accommodation cases, including compliance with FMLA and ADA
- Serve as the primary contact for benefit-related inquiries, providing guidance to employees and managers
- Conduct audits and maintain accurate records of benefits and leave to ensure compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in benefits administration and leave management
- Strong understanding of US benefit programs and regulations related to employee benefits
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred

- Experience in developing training materials for employee benefit and leave policies
- Familiarity with benefit administration systems and data management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively support employees during critical moments
