      ABM is hiring a Sr. HR Manager (HRBP) to support all Corporate functions in advancing the talent and organizational effectiveness agenda by collaborating with senior corporate HRBP’s and business leaders to drive talent & development planning; support the staffing process to include training and development of functional partners in process and selection approach; support engagement activities across the Corporate functions; & supporting all transformation, change efforts, and organizational effectiveness efforts. This is a Hybrid Role (in-office 3 day/week) in our Sugar Land, TX office!


      Essential Functions

      Talent Planning & Management Support:

      • Support Corporate HRBP leaders in all talent management activities to include:
      • Talent Review
      • Succession Planning
      • Development Planning Support
      • Data analytics & support on dashboards (in collaboration with COE)

      Staffing Support:

      • Collaborate with leaders and Talent Acquisition to ensure workforce planning established to meet business needs; additional support in the creation of positions and guidance on offers to ensure alignment with Compensation structures
      • Support leaders in career pathing and promotions to include offer letters and data integrity in approach
      • Work with leaders and Compensation to ensure Job Descriptions are in alignment with Career Framework guidelines and are appropriate for each role

      Engagement:

      • Support leaders in all engagement activities to include:
      • Team building
      • ABM Voice action planning development and execution
      • Conduct exit interviews and assess trends; recommend and co-develop action plans based on trend analysis

      Performance Management:

      • Guide, teach, and influence leaders in all aspects of performance management to include:
        • Effective coaching conversations
        • Importance of documentation and how to use available tools (i.e. Corrective Action, PIP, etc.)
        • Preparation of Termination Review documents

      Data Management:

      • Support all data integrity efforts by collaborating with leaders and HRSS
      • Process Escalations
      • Provide HRBP and people leader support in removing roadblocks to include:
      • COE escalations (payroll, benefits, ESC, vacation)
      • Hiring process
      • Immigration
      • Collaborate with COE partners to root cause repeat issues and co-create action plans for future resolution


      Qualifications – Education & Experience

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field; In lieu of degree, 10+ years of related experience required
      • Minimum of 5-7 years of applicable experience in Human Resources, business operations or management

      • Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between talent and other HR initiatives and business strategy
      • Strong consultation and communication skills
      • Ability to effectively challenge, influence, and develop productive relationships inside and outside of HR

      • Exposure to strong process and project management discipline
      • Effective team player and networker
