What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advice to employees and managers regarding HR policies and benefits programs
- Conduct internal and external research on HR processes and industry trends
- Monitor legislative compliance and propose guidelines to ensure adherence to regulations
- Lead projects aimed at process optimization and standardization within HR services
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to integrate the latest technologies into HR program delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in the ServiceNow HRSD module, typically reflecting 5 years or more
- Strong knowledge of global HR processes including leave, payroll, and benefits
- Experience with multi-region HR operations
- Proficiency in understanding ServiceNow service catalog items and case management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, HRSD Implementation Specialist)
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations
- Experience in multinational environments
