      Position Description

      As a Senior Human Resources Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving HR operational excellence across multiple countries within the MENAT region. This role oversees the full employment lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, personnel management, employment compliance, insurance, travel coordination, members engagement, and HR systems. You will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, recruitment partners, insurance providers, and travel vendors, ensuring smooth and compliant HR processes.

      Key Responsibilities

      HR Operations & Strategy

      • Support HR Department management by identifying and implementing new tools, processes, and policies to enhance internal communication and department structure.
      • Provide guidance on best practices, process documentation, and compliance frameworks aligned with local labor laws in the MENAT region.

      Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

      • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, offer issuance, and hiring coordination through internal HCM system
      • Execute comprehensive onboarding and orientation processes for new hires across the region.
      • Oversee the offboarding process including exit interviews, documentation, and systems updates.
      • Maintain and analyze recruitment, onboarding, retention, and turnover metrics.
      • Build and manage a proactive talent pipeline for key roles and future expansion needs.
      • Support hiring and onboarding in newly incorporated countries.
      • Manage recruiting partners across the region.
      • Track, reconcile, and manage all recruitment-related invoices.

      Compliance & Document Control

      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files for all team members, with special focus on expat documentation.
      • Ensure alignment and accuracy of Position Descriptions (PDs) across all roles.
      • Oversee employment contract issuance, maintenance, and renewals in compliance with applicable laws.
      • Maintain and regularly update a master presentation summarizing labor laws by country.
      • Monitor legal and regulatory updates across regions and advise on impact and necessary policy changes.
      • Support HR involvement in legal entity incorporation in new countries.

      Personnel Operations & Administrative Support

      • Manage the documentation and processing of any type of status changes
      • Serve as a point of contact for all members correspondence requests (e.g., salary certificates, employment letters).
      • Oversee leave management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, system alignment (SAP), and communication.
      • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and ensure system setup, process adherence, and documentation.
      • Oversee insurance policy maintenance including renewals, enrollments, removals, and support on related correspondence.
      • Initiate and manage new insurance projects in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
      • Manage insurance providers, policies, and service quality.

      Systems & Reporting

      • Act as key HR user for all HR internal platforms
      • Support configuration, implementation, and reporting within HR systems.
      • Generate data-driven insights to support decision-making across HR functions.

      Project & Team Leadership

      • Collaborate on strategic HR projects, including country expansion and policy implementations.
      • Support the organization in tracking the recruitment budget and reflect on it monthly.
      • Manage the turnover & retention of members within the organization to reflect insightful feedback.
      • Independently manage tasks and special assignments in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
      • Maintain ongoing communication with TMR leadership to provide updates on task progress and team needs.

      Position Requirements

      Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

      • Master’s degree in HR or Organizational Development is preferred.
      • HR Certification such as SHRM, TMP, etc is preferred.

      Experience:

      • 3–5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
      • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance in the GCC region, especially in KSA.
      • Experience managing regional teams or supporting international expansion is highly desirable.
