      We are currently inviting Senior HR Specialist – Performance & Rewards to join our dynamic team to help us develop and implement effective performance & reward strategies that attract and retain top talent.

      About The Role:

      What your mission with us will encompass:

      • Manage processes related to employees’ performance assessment, salary and other compensation benefits’ administration.

      • Ensure a consistent and positive Performance & Rewards experience for managers, employees, and HR through effective processes and tools.

      • Serve as the initial point of contact for process inquiries, providing prompt responses.

      • Participate in HR projects, developments, and the testing of SAP Success Factors system.

      • Collaborate closely with international HR colleagues.

      • Regularly generate reports to provide statistics and metrics.

      • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of HR service processes and support the implementation of Lean culture in the HR organization.

      About You:

      Something that will help you to excel in this role:

      • A university or college degree.

      • At least 2 years of experience in an international company, ideally in HR.

      • Knowledge about Performance & Rewards (a big plus!).

      • Experience with SAP Success Factors – your advantage.

      • Tech-savviness and skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

      • Great English skills (B2 level or higher).

      • Self-driven, organized, and systematic approach.

      • Team player attitude with a customer service mindset.

      • Legal right to work in Lithuania.

      Salary in Lithuania: 2600- 3500 euros gross per month depending on the candidate's competences and experience.

      Location and Reporting: You will report to Team Lead – Rewards, Benefits & Reporting , Aušra Bandzevičiūtė. You are also based in Lithuania, preferably in Vilnius .
