Job Description

- Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, Engineering, Science, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR business environment, preferably in Human Resource Information Systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Project Management will be an advantage
- Collegial and collaborative team-player with good interpersonal skills who can work effectively in a team or independently
- Self-motivated with the initiative to complete assigned tasks and monitor project timelines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
You will assist the Manager to oversee HR Technology projects and conduct ongoing system enhancements and issue resolution activities to maintain the relevance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). You will participate in activities such as analysing HR users’ business requirements and processes, review and recommend solutions to ensure the system fits the organisation’s purposes. You will plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues raised by HR users. You will attend to staff queries pertaining to HR systems, which include troubleshooting, provide solutions and/or suggestions when necessary and escalate issues according to support structure. You will also assist HR users with their operational needs and guide/train them towards leveraging and optimising HR systems in line with SingHealth’s strategies.
You will review work processes through the implementation of techniques such as Lean and 5S methodologies. You will also explore the use of innovative technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, and develop tools to improve business processes.
