      Job Description:

      The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for maximizing the alignment of technology with Rite-Hite’s Human Resources goals and objectives. This will include ensuring data integrity, security, process efficiency and proper accessibility through effective systems implementation, configuration, administration and education. This position will serve as a technical point of contact as it relates to HR systems for U.S. and Canadian employees as well as HR staff members on a global basis.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

      1. This position partners with functional HR experts to analyze and continuously improve processes while leveraging return on technological capabilities for HR. Further, this position will partner with IT to maximize efficiency as it relates to integration of HR data and company IT platforms.

      2. Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, security, accessibility of actionable data, testing of system changes and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

      3. This position will be responsible for system maintenance including collaboration with appropriate functional expert(s) to review, test and implement desired system features as well as monitor system upgrades.

      4. Researches and resolves HRIS problems and unexpected results. Recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.

      5. Generates reports/queries as needed. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs as well as development of complex reports.

      6. Conducts training, including development of user procedures, guidelines and documentation.

      7. Ensures new users have required training and system access.

      8. Maintains awareness of current HRIS trends. Monitors developments which align with Rite-Hite’s HR goals and objectives.

      9. Maintain data integrity through thorough testing and audit processes.

      10. Troubleshoot systems as required to identify root cause and implement solutions.

      11. Ensure timely and accurate processing of file feeds to vendors per vendor specifications.

      12. Ensure compliance with laws as they relate to any and all HR data including but not limited to HIPAA and GDPR.

      PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

      Assist in achievement of Human Resources goals and objectives through effective alignment of technology.

      Analyze, develop and implement processes in collaboration with HR team to ensure standardized practices which improve quality and efficiency of HR processes.

      Develop accurate analytics and reporting which provide actionable information.

      Promote employee satisfaction and engagement through development, configuration and training on system features available to employees.

      Enhance managerial effectiveness through development and configuration of manager self service capabilities which provide key employee data needed for decision making.

      Ensure compliance with required data security regulations as they relate to HR data.

      Effective management of HR Technology in accordance with Rite-Hite’s Human Resources Policies and Programs.

      Required Experience:

      This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science and/or Human Resources or any related degree with some specialization in computer related experience. Successful candidate must have experience collaborating with a variety of HR functional experts which may include payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, compensation, talent management, onboarding and HR Business Partners as well as IT. As a member of the HR team, must have excellent communication and customer service skills required to promote positive employee, intra and interdepartmental relations.

      This position requires a minimum of two years of experience working with global HR applications preferably including system implementation.

      Ability to utilize a Business Intelligence tool set to develop actionable reporting is required.

      Proficient in utilizing business software applications including MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint.) Advanced Excel skills are required.
