      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Drive towards Workday best practices for system architecture, design, and build
      - Lead the implementation of complex projects with companywide scope
      - Understand the full HR technology landscape and its interactions with other systems
      - Assess current systems and recommend improvements for maximum value and efficiency
      - Design and document architecture at multiple levels and collaborate with other architects and peers

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Bachelor's Degree is required
      - 10-12 years of related experience
      - Experience with Workday HCM and expert knowledge of Workday modules and HCM business processing
      - Familiarity with US and Global data privacy laws and compliance regulations
      - Strong technical and business expertise

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Workday Pro Certified with mastery level experience in multiple modules
      - Prior Workday Partner experience
      - Experience with Integrations, studio, security, boomerangs, API, and RaaS reporting
