Lead the engagement with Line of Business/Enterprise Function leaders and HR Business Partners by providing strategic advice, options, risks/benefits and recommended approach for the execution of the displacement strategy and process to execute their strategic business decisions resulting in displacement.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) relative to the displacements process, policies and procedures, and Severance Plan interpretation and application.
Operate as a relationship manager to engage specialized partners within the Displacements Service and seamlessly bring them into the client engagement when needed to support risk acceptance and/or mitigation.
Resolve moderately complex issues and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the displacements process, while proactively providing clients with transparency and status updates as to their case status in the process lifecycle.
Document the written displacement business case for review and approval by leaders to provide a supportive client experience and improve efficiency.
4+ years of Employee Relations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience in one or a combination of the following HR Disciplines: Change Management, Performance Management, Organizational Development, or Employee Relations.
Experience identifying and assessing employment, as well as other risks
Experience consulting on multiple human resources issues that vary in scope and complexity
Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership at various levels in the organization
Adaptable and flexible coaching style experience, considering the needs and learning style of a diverse audiences
Experience identifying, analyzing and resolving complex human resources issues
Data management experience: researching, trending, and analyzing data
Experience interacting with all levels of team members and management on complex and confidential issues
Strong organizational, multi- tasking, and prioritizing skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including those related to conflict resolution
Position locations include: Minneapolis MN, Phoenix AZ, Chandler AZ, Charlotte NC, San Antonio TX, Irving TX, Des Moines IA
This position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement
