What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and lead new Health Plan implementations across various lines of business including Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare
- Own implementation objectives for new PBM clients, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and client expectations
- Develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, and resource plans for implementations
- Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project requirements on time
- Lead complex implementation workstreams and ensure timely tracking and reporting of implementation progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
- 2+ years of experience in implementation management or large healthcare project management
- Client-facing experience with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong multitasking and independent working skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year of experience using MS Project
- 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow
- Experience supporting Medicare and/or Medicaid client implementations
- PBM Account Management experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
