      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source, vet, and prioritize promising influencers aligned with the brand
      - Manage influencer outreach, communication, and relationship building
      - Maintain a database of influencer relationships and provide updates
      - Secure creators for Organic & Paid Social channels, negotiating content deals
      - Monitor influencer performance and track social media activity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Goal-oriented with a focus on hitting performance goals
      - Data-driven with the ability to analyze data effectively
      - 3-4 years of marketing experience in childhood, lifestyle, or fashion brand
      - Bachelor's Degree with strong academic performance
      - Excellent communication and relationship management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Sales background is a plus
      - Proficiency in paid social media tactics
      - Strong understanding of analytics, social listening, and influencer engagement
      - Experience with hashtag strategies and social media marketing platforms
      - Passion for parenthood and early childhood development
