What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source, vet, and prioritize influencers aligned with the brand's values in the parenting space
- Manage all influencer communications from initial outreach to long-term relationship building
- Stay updated on celebrity and influencer life events to authentically connect with them
- Maintain an organized internal database of influencer relationships and provide regular updates
- Monitor influencer activity, track key KPIs, and analyze social media performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing for a childhood, lifestyle, or fashion brand
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Proven experience with influencer affiliate programs and tools like Grin
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Strong relationship management abilities and customer-facing experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in influencer seeding programs and experience with TikTok Shop affiliate programs
- Knowledge of paid social tactics such as boosting and whitelisting content
- Passion for parenthood and early childhood development
- Natural proficiency in social media with an intuitive sense for trends and influencers
- Sales experience is a plus
