What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up with families who have had initial conversations with the employer to advise on next steps and drive move-ins to customer communities
- Act as a liaison between families in need and senior living communities or care providers
- Serve as an ongoing expert resource for families after referrals to initial communities or home care providers
- Manage the follow-up sales process, including communication with families and customer communities
- Schedule tours at customer communities and convert leads into customer move-ins to meet monthly sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a focus on proactive outreach and closing skills
- Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and performance results
- Ability to multitask, including talking on the phone while taking notes on the computer
- Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to establish relationships over the phone
