      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow up with families to advise on next steps after initial conversations and tours of communities
      - Act as a liaison between families and senior living communities or care providers
      - Serve as an ongoing expert resource for families after referrals to communities or home care providers
      - Conduct proactive outreach through calls, texts, and emails to drive move-ins to customer communities
      - Manage the follow-up sales process, ensuring clear communication as families progress through their journey

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a focus on proactive outreach and closing skills
      - Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and achieving performance results
      - Ability to multitask effectively, including talking on the phone while taking notes
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Exceptional interpersonal skills to quickly establish relationships over the phone

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the senior living industry or related sales environment
      - Demonstrated ability to overcome objections in a consultative sales process
      - Familiarity with customer community offerings and resident requirements
