      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow up with families who have initiated conversations and toured communities to guide them in their decision-making process
      - Act as a liaison between families and senior living communities or care providers
      - Provide ongoing expert advice to families after initial referrals
      - Manage the follow-up sales process, ensuring effective communication as families progress through their journey
      - Achieve daily outbound touchpoints and meet monthly sales targets through proactive outreach

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
      - Proficient in proactive outreach and closing sales in a consultative environment
      - Ability to multitask, including talking on the phone while taking notes on a computer
      - Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Excellent relationship-building skills over the phone to understand family needs

      - Experience in the senior living industry
      - Familiarity with customer community offerings and sales processes
      - Demonstrated ability to overcome objections effectively
      - Strong empathy and communication skills
