What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up with families who have had initial conversations and tours of communities to drive move-ins
- Act as a liaison between families and senior living communities or care providers
- Serve as an expert resource for families throughout their journey
- Manage the follow-up sales process, ensuring effective communication with families and communities
- Understand community offerings and sales processes to assist families effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Proactive outreach and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections
- Ability to multitask effectively, including phone communication and note-taking
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills to quickly establish relationships over the phone
