      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow up with families who have had initial conversations and tours with communities to drive move-ins
      - Act as a liaison between families and senior living communities or care providers
      - Provide ongoing expert guidance to families after initial referrals
      - Manage the follow-up sales process, ensuring effective communication with families and communities
      - Understand community offerings and sales processes to assist families in their decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of strong sales experience, with a focus on proactive outreach and closing skills
      - Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and performance results
      - Ability to multitask, including talking on the phone while taking notes on the computer
      - Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
      - Passion for a proactive outreach sales process and empathy in customer interactions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a consultative sales environment with the ability to overcome objections
      - Demonstrated ability to quickly establish relationships over the phone
