What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up with families after initial conversations to advise on next steps and drive move-ins to customer communities
- Act as a liaison between families and senior living communities or care providers
- Provide ongoing expert resource support to families referred to communities or home care providers
- Meet daily outbound touch point goals through calls and texts to families and communities
- Schedule tours at customer communities and convert leads into customer move-ins
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a proven history of exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in proactive outreach and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections
- Ability to multitask effectively, including talking on the phone while taking notes on the computer
- Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Availability to work a 40-hour schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Experience in a consultative sales environment, particularly in the senior living industry
