      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow up with families who have had initial conversations and tours to advise on next steps, aiming to drive move-ins to customer communities
      - Act as the liaison between families and senior living communities or care providers to facilitate decision-making
      - Serve as an expert resource to families post-referral to assist them in the customer journey
      - Conduct proactive outreach through calls, texts, and emails to families and communities
      - Manage the follow-up sales process, maintaining communication with families and customer communities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a proven track record in proactive outreach and closing skills
      - History of exceeding sales quotas and achieving performance results
      - Ability to multitask effectively, including talking on the phone while taking notes
      - Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
      - Passion for the senior living industry and strong interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in consultative sales environments with the ability to overcome objections
      - Proven success in building relationships with clients over the phone
