      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow up with families who have had initial conversations and provide guidance on next steps to drive move-ins to customer communities
      - Act as a liaison between families and senior living communities or care providers, helping families make informed decisions
      - Serve as an expert resource for families after referrals to initial communities or home care providers
      - Achieve daily outbound touch points through calls and texts, schedule tours, and convert leads into customer move-ins
      - Understand community offerings and resident requirements to effectively manage the follow-up sales process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a proven track record in proactive outreach and closing skills
      - History of exceeding sales quotas and achieving performance results
      - Ability to multitask, including talking on the phone while taking notes on the computer
      - Strong computer and typing skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships over the phone
