What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own full-cycle enterprise and VIP sales across the employer's institutional suite, including stakeholder mapping, solution design, negotiation, and post-sale growth plans
- Develop and execute segment/territory strategies with clear pipeline creation plans and rigorous qualification
- Lead cross-functional deal execution with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure timely delivery for clients
- Grow existing client relationships by diagnosing needs and driving cross-sell/upsell motions across the institutional product portfolio
- Represent the employer externally at industry events and client workshops, delivering compelling narratives to educate audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5–7+ years in institutional or enterprise sales at a tier-1 crypto exchange, investment bank, or fintech
- Proven success managing and growing a portfolio of institutional or VIP clients
- Strong command of institutional-grade offerings and adjacent concepts in crypto
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and deliver impactful outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of effective stakeholder engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Existing relationships with targeted institutional/VIP segments or market makers
- Experience with derivatives sales/trading or structuring
- Public-facing brand building and event-driven client acquisition experience
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to coverage regions
- Series 3 certification
