      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze complex business problems and key performance measures to support strategic decisions
      - Prepare and interpret statistical analyses of insurance sales and claims experience
      - Develop and present analysis and proposals to various stakeholder groups to address business challenges
      - Employ statistical techniques to model underwriting and pricing practices
      - Collaborate with peers and management, as well as partners in other business areas

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Math, Statistics, Data/Business Analytics, or a relevant quantitative field, or equivalent experience
      - Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
      - Highly effective communication skills
      - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
      - Basic to intermediate knowledge of data analysis software such as R, SAS, Python, or Power BI

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in auto insurance; experience specifically in Commercial Auto is a plus
