      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, prepare, and interpret statistical analyses of insurance sales, claims experience, or other key business metrics to support strategic decisions
      - Present analysis and proposals to various stakeholder groups to solve mid to high-level business problems
      - Employ statistical techniques to model underwriting and pricing business practices
      - Collaborate with peers and management while working closely with partners in other business areas
      - Inform critical business decisions through insightful analysis and communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Math, Statistics, Data/Business Analytics, or relevant quantitative field, or equivalent experience
      - Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
      - Highly effective communication skills
      - Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
      - Basic to intermediate proficiency with data analysis software like R, SAS, Python, or Power BI

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in auto insurance, specifically in Commercial Auto is a plus
      - Intellectual curiosity and the ability to ask insightful questions
      - Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities while delivering accurate and timely results
