  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Act as the point of contact for issues related to the Intake process
  - Assign workload to Intake staff and ensure timely completion of tasks
  - Monitor HIPAA compliance within the department
  - Provide coaching and support to Intake Specialists
  - Participate in quality checks and process improvement initiatives
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or equivalent required
  - 3-5 years of insurance verification experience required
  - Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  - Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
  - Ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in nursing, business, or related field
  - Previous experience in healthcare industry or medical devices
  - Familiarity with MS Office Suite
