What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop targets and target systems for joint lethal and nonlethal engagements
- Produce all-source analytic damage estimates and assist with combat assessment requirements
- Conduct collateral damage estimation and manage target lists and strategies
- Provide recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives
- Create and update databases for target nominations and intelligence products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Minimum of 12 years of intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with at least 5 years with SOF or national level intelligence agencies
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in intelligence support to special operations
- Superior proficiency in current intelligence analytical techniques and tools
- Experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments and delivering briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced knowledge of HVI/Network targeting methodology and nodal analysis
- Experience in analytical areas such as Counterterrorism, Regional Analysis, and Geo-Political Analysis
- Expert knowledge of SOF and/or CT intelligence experience
