      Role Impact
      The Senior Internal Auditor plays a critical role in strengthening operational integrity by assessing internal controls, auditing IT and business processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and policy standards. This role supports the audit plan approved by the Board’s Audit Committee and directly impacts organizational accountability, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Conduct scheduled and ad hoc audits across financial, operational, and IT systems, including controls, disaster recovery, and data management
      • Evaluate business processes to assess efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with management goals
      • Recommend practical, risk-adjusted solutions based on audit findings, including system improvement and policy revision
      • Prepare and deliver clear, actionable audit reports to management
      • Apply COSO, COBIT, and ITIL frameworks during audits; ensure all work complies with IIA standards

      Minimum Qualifications
      • CPA or CIA certification; or 7–10 years’ relevant audit experience
      • 5–7 years auditing experience in internal controls, IT systems, or operations
      • Working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Windows environments, and open systems
      • Ability to synthesize data and present findings clearly to all levels of management

      Preferred Skills
      • CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CFE certification
      • Experience with system security, data integrity, and risk-based audit techniques
      • Knowledge of license/asset management and IT governance best practices

      Compensation & Schedule
      • $100,000–$110,000 annual salary
      • Full-time hours
      • W2 employment
