      Senior Internal Communications Executive

      Permanent

      Angel Court EC2R 7HJ / hybrid 2 days per week in the office

      Salary circa £40K depending on experience + excellent benefits

      The role

      You’ll play a vital role in delivery of the global Internal Communications (IC) strategy, by supporting the creation and delivery of campaigns that engage and inform our 82,000 people around the world.

      Working in a small, passionate team that helps drive commitment to our purpose and brand and which plays a key part in improving business results by helping our people around the world understand our vision and strategy.

      What you’ll be doing

      • Supporting the delivery of innovative communications campaigns, primarily focused on Sustainability, Transformation and Customer-Centricity
      • You’ll do this in many ways - by writing engaging copy for our communications platform Workvivo, filming videos with senior leaders, briefing agencies to create an engaging gif or animation, organising virtual or in-person events – and more!
      • Assisting with other internal communication projects and campaigns
      • Helping to design and deliver rigorous and robust reporting evaluation methods to measure the success of internal communications, including updating the IC writing guidelines and helping stakeholders to understand internal brand guidelines.
      • Supporting the delivery of live in-person and virtual events as identified in the overall internal communications plan. This may cover small face-to-face sessions through to large-scale town hall meetings at Angel Court or other Bupa sites worldwide.
      • General support and assistance to the rest of the IC team.

      You

      • Focused on delivering on brief, on budget and on time.
      • An enthusiastic advocate of effective internal communication and the appropriateness of the various tools and channels.
      • Demonstrably strong and flexible writing skills including announcements, copy for publications, scripts, campaign plans to a consistently high standard.
      • Committed to evaluation and measurement.
      • Financially and IT literate, with knowledge of social media platforms and ideally internal comms tools such as Poppulo.
