      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement
      - Create and manage content for various internal communication channels, including emails and intranet
      - Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging
      - Support internal communication during organizational changes and manage dissemination of information
      - Monitor communications metrics and demonstrate measurable goal achievement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in communications, organizational development, human resources, or related field preferred
      - Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience in internal/corporate communications
      - Expertise in creating written, oral, and electronic communications
      - Excellent vocabulary, grammar, and proofreading skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft software; familiarity with design software for editing is desirable

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of healthcare and behavioral health preferred but not required
      - Demonstrated ability to influence departments and provide technical guidance
