What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Become a subject matter expert on franchise and corporate store operations and their supply chain implications
- Drive competitive analysis to ensure optimal quality, pricing, and availability
- Mitigate inventory risk and fraud through existing controls
- Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to identify inefficiencies in inventory processes
- Participate in projects to implement best practices in inventory management and system improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted
- 3-5 years of experience in Inventory Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of Portal, Service Bench, and/or DAX
- Natural curiosity with a passion for problem-solving and delivering results
- Collaborative personality balanced with a commitment to customer satisfaction
