      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure accurate and timely month-end close by supporting the accounting close process and monitoring inventory-related cost transactions
      - Perform activities related to Standard Cost and analyze Cost of Goods Sold expense accounts
      - Build complex cost models for product cost and allocation of inventory-related costs
      - Collaborate with external and internal audits for quarterly audits and SOX compliance
      - Identify and implement process improvements for greater operating efficiencies while maintaining financial accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
      - Minimum of 10+ years of costing and inventory accounting experience in a mid-to-large technology hardware company
      - Knowledge of supply chain, inventory flow, operations processes, and manufacturing principles
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills; accounting software experience, preferably with NetSuite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Big 4 accounting firms or qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA
      - Excellent attention to detail and experience contributing to internal controls and process enhancements
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and self-checking skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
