      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure accurate and timely month-end close by managing cost accounting transactions and reconciling variance accounts
      - Analyze and maintain standard cost and cost of goods sold expense accounts
      - Build complex cost models for product costing and inventory allocation
      - Collaborate with internal and external auditors for compliance and audits
      - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
      - Minimum of 10+ years of costing and inventory accounting experience in a mid-to-large technology hardware company
      - Knowledge of supply chain, inventory flow, and manufacturing principles
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Big 4 accounting firms or relevant qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
      - Familiarity with accounting software, preferably NetSuite
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
