What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide management with advice on complex technical and business issues through in-depth analysis
- Define user requirements for complex systems and educate customers on application functionality
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop effective business solutions
- Lead high-performing project teams, managing initiatives from concept to completion
- Analyze data to evaluate multiple solutions and deliver insights for strategic decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or equivalent experience
- Epic Certification within 90 days of hire date
- 4 or more years of Epic certification with build experience
- 7 or more years of build analyst experience in Epic or equivalent healthcare software
- Strong analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting complex issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in software applications, technology infrastructure, or clinical specializations
- Experience with Epic Cadence and Prelude
- Expertise in systems analysis and design for optimizing system configurations
- Ability to create clear and standardized workflow documentation
- Proven skills in stakeholder engagement and customer education
