      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Bridge clinical, revenue cycle, and technology teams to shape healthcare delivery
      - Architect multi-year roadmaps that align IS solutions with organizational vision
      - Champion application rationalization, cost reduction, and technology adoption
      - Facilitate complex decision-making structures among executive stakeholders
      - Engage in vendor/contract management and negotiations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or a combination of equivalent education and experience
      - 8 or more years of Information Technology and/or Healthcare Industry experience
      - 8 or more years of experience in project/program management
      - 1 or more years of relevant portfolio management experience
      - Demonstrated experience in professional presentation environments, such as conferences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a clinical field
      - Coursework or training in Project Management methodologies
      - Project Management (PMI) Certification upon hire
      - Certified Associate in Project Management (PMI) Certification upon hire
      - Experience in process optimization methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
