What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee projects and programs from inception to launch, ensuring timely execution and budget adherence
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute program business plans
- Establish planning processes to align business needs with annual budgets
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders regarding expectations and program status
- Develop and manage relationships with senior business leaders and align program objectives with the portfolio strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience leading/managing IT programs/projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills across technical and senior operational management audiences
- Understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP Certification (or equivalent)
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SNOW SPM
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent knowledge of project cost management practices
- Experience with the IT software development lifecycle
