What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the definition, planning, and delivery of multiple large-scale product and technology projects
- Oversee day-to-day project operations, including budget management and staffing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks and communicate effectively
- Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Science, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 5 years in Project Management
- Minimum of 5 years delivering business solutions using information technology
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution experience
- Technical literacy in system architecture and ability to discuss system design documents
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Management Information Science
- Past hands-on experience in a development role or managing technical teams
- Experience managing projects utilizing AI and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Proven ability to influence change and negotiate solutions
