What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the planning and implementation of Salesforce projects
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful project execution
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and stakeholder involvement
- Measure project performance and manage risks to minimize project setbacks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in Salesforce implementations
- Proven track record of managing successful Salesforce implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a related field
- Proficiency with PPM tools such as Planview, MS Project, or Portfolio for Jira
- Active involvement in an evangelical Christian church
