What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of banking regulations and IT risk management
- Review and resolve complex issues with internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain policies, standards, and procedures for IT compliance
- Perform assessments and impact analysis of regulatory changes
- Assist in the development of IT Compliance Risk Reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in Financial Services, Risk Management, Legal, Regulatory Examination, or Compliance
- OR High School Diploma or GED and 9 years of experience in the mentioned fields
- CRISC, CISA, or CIA certification preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of IT compliance and risk activities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience working directly with IT compliance and/or banking regulations
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of compliance and risk management frameworks and practices
