What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor certified payroll for internal projects and external subcontractors to ensure compliance
- Review public and private contracts for labor requirements and collaborate with project teams
- Conduct audits on projects to verify compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for labor compliance issues and inquiries
- Prepare and submit required reports to federal and state agencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of experience with Public Works Labor Compliance Programs and/or Project Labor Agreements, with at least two years in a senior or supervisory role
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field from a recognized institution
- Proficient knowledge of prevailing wage enforcement, analysis, and auditing
- Strong understanding of state labor regulations and employment practices in the construction industry
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including business writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Labor Compliance Specialist (CLCS) or similar certification
- Experience with labor compliance training and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with compliance monitoring software such as LCP Tracker
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and strategically in a dynamic environment
