- Communicate value proposition of the products to various stakeholders using multiple channels (powerpoints, confluence, JIRA)
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
- Lead the work to communicate the business value of our technology services, products and capabilities developed, and training material to the various stakeholders.
- Lead the work to integrate enterprise services (for e.g. Harness, Service Now and other large transformation) and assess the impact to GCP platform and create stories for the individual product backlogs
- Lead the work to integrate the capabilities to make services consumable for e.g. integrate the migration tools across service, expose APIs for services in an integrated manner
- Lead the work to integrate controls (onboarding, technical enablement and performing monitoring) across the entire GCP cloud platform and the services
- Translate advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions.
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage to the organization.
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ year of experience working in a large complex financial organization
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Transformation or Stakeholder management or equivalent work experience
- 3+ experience with Jira management, software development life cycle and agile development methodologies
- 3+ years of executive level communications leveraging PowerPoint or equivalent presentation tools
- 2+ Years of Confluence, SharePoint experience or equivalent content management system
- Certification in Cloud Engineering\Architecture for a major Cloud Service Provider (Azure\Google\AWS)
- Multi- language development experience, with specific focus on heterogeneous environments and integration of processes via API.
- Experience in software development with specific focus on cloud-native and container based workloads.

- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- The role pays in the salary range of $120,400 to $250,000 per year in California.

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant for the Analytical Cloud Product to enable adoption of the google cloud product within Wells Fargo. Role will entail interacting with customers of the product and enabling secure, sustainable, and extensible Cloud capabilities and products to foster a product-oriented culture.
You will support the building of capabilities and work across teams to ensure the CTO organization delivers the product suite that empowers developers for enablement of Cloud services and strategy, establish a product vision, and prioritize features against business value and need. In addition, you will assist in the communication of business value, define the metrics for success and measure the progress. The capabilities will range from foundational capabilities to capabilities that are related to Data, AIML as well as capabilities in the areas of security, FinOps and policy management. Role will need you to prioritize and orchestrate requests into across product backlogs as well as provide support to the customers to adopt the capabilities once released.
